Yoga goes way beyond our asana and pranayama practice and this seminar aims to give us a glimpse of that “bigger picture of yoga”.

 
By living yoga, every moment of the day, through the practices of hatha, raja, bhakti and karma yoga we can connect with our hearts, raise our vibrational level and open our minds to a far broader vision and understanding of ourselves, others and the world around us.

The PROGRAM will be a blend of:

Asanas, pranayama, mudras
Kirtans(mantra chanting)
Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
Meditation
Seva (service)
Karma Yoga (meditation in action- selfless action)
Havan (ancient fire ceremony)
Along with discussions and inspiring films in the beautiful, natural, relaxed and peaceful yogic atmosphere of the Yunus Emre farm in Southern Turkey.
